Soil Embankment blanket
Soil Embankment blanket is a permanent three-dimensional turf reinforcement mat which acts as an artificial root system, stabilising topsoil while vegetation establishes, and then providing long term turf reinforcement. Green Mat 200 standard type from Green Fix is intended for embankment and channel applications and is ideal for use in areas that may be subject to foot traffic or mowing. In watercourse applications, it provides permanent erosion protection and supports both new and established vegetation. Is designed to be laid over prepared ground and can be under-seeded with a variety of grass or wildflower seeds.
